SAN ANTONIO, Texas — Total Tech Summit (TTS), a hosted buyer event serving the AV integration community, has a new location, a new format and a new website for 2024.
The #TotalTech24 team is excited to bring these changes to the event that VIP commercial and residential integrators already know and love. It reflects organizers’ commitment to being directly responsive to guest feedback, thus ensuring an even more impactful TTS experience.
TTS hosts the world’s most successful thought leader integrators for two-and-a-half days of networking, education and tailored meetings. Integrators must apply to attend, with applicants qualified based upon factors like annual revenue. This aligns with TTS’ mission to bring in only top-tier integration company representatives from around the world.
Participating manufacturers are paired with integrators for boardroom and one-on-one-style meetings. This format has a proven history of creating multi-year business relationships and opportunities for mutual benefit.

TTS 2024 Comes to Texas
This year’s TTS, scheduled for November 4 to 6, will emanate from the stunning JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. This move takes integrator attendees out of convention center settings and, instead, invites them to a beautiful resort for fun, sun and plenty of onsite amenities.
Just a handful of examples are the River Bluff Water Experience, a PGA Championship golf course, tennis courts and pickleball courts, and more. That means networking and engagement will occur not only in the boardrooms but also throughout the resort property.
Knowing that integrators flock to TTS for the opportunity to mind share with our community’s foremost thinkers, show organizers meaningfully increased peer-to-peer time for 2024. For example, an emphasis on boardroom-style meetings and roundtable discussions during meals means more time spent with peers, as well as more opportunities to bounce ideas off potential partners in a group setting.
As always, TTS’ multiple receptions will excite and engage! Show organizers are already planning the fourth annual Cornhole Cup tournament, as well as a western-style reception that’ll take place on the resort’s beautiful event lawns. (Trust us: Sunsets outside in Hill Country can’t be beat!)
