Red Hawk Fire & Security Opens New Office in Pacific Northwest

A new district office in Spokane, Wash., is the latest example of Red Hawk’s sustained focus on building its presence organically and through strategic acquisitions.

BOCA RATON, Fla. — Red Hawk Fire & Security, based here, has opened a new office in Spokane, Wash., to serve commercial customers in the growing areas of eastern Washington state and Idaho.

The addition of the new Spokane district office is the latest example of Red Hawk’s sustained focus on building its presence as a customer-centric company growing both organically and through strategic acquisitions adding capabilities or enhancing its geographic presence to best serve clients, according to an announcement.

Since early 2016, Red Hawk has made seven acquisitions in markets across the United States and continues to expand its business as one of the largest  systems integrators in the marketplace.

“Red Hawk has a strong presence and loyal customer base in Seattle and the western part of Washington state. We identified the opportunity to extend our reach east of the Cascade Mountains into the growing communities of Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and all of Idaho,” says Red Hawk Vice President Western Operations Bob Berkery. “We are enthusiastic and well-equipped to bring the fire, life safety and security services to clients in these areas.”

Red Hawk was formed as an independent, unified fire and electronic security services brand with a national footprint to serve commercial customers after the acquisition by a Comvest Partners sponsored private investment fund of the U.S. fire and security operations of United Technologies Corporation (UTC) in April of 2012. Since then, Red Hawk has focused efforts on successfully growing its commercial client base nationally in the, government, healthcare and education markets.

With more than 1,400 employees, the company designs, installs, tests, inspects and maintains a broad portfolio of solutions, including enterprise-level access control, video surveillance systems and physical security equipment.
